Where is Cashbell after I open it?

In your menu bar, at the top right of the screen. On MacBooks with a camera notch, a full menu bar can hide it: open Cashbell again from Applications and the dashboard opens in a window, or press ⌥⌘K from anywhere.

How do I connect a store?

Open Settings → Projects → Add Project, pick your platform and paste an API key. Read-only keys are all Cashbell needs. Each platform's field shows where to find the key.

Can I try it before connecting anything?

Yes. With no projects yet, choose Try with sample data in the menu. Nothing is saved, and adding your first project replaces the sample.

What does Pro add?

Free tracks one project with every feature. Cashbell Pro, a one-time purchase, lets you track as many projects as you like. Projects over the free limit are never deleted; they wait, locked, until you upgrade.

I bought Pro. How do I restore it on another Mac?

Open Settings → About → Get Pro, then choose Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I move to a new Mac, or from the website version to the App Store version?

Settings → General → Backup → Export Backup. Set a password to include your API keys. On the other Mac (or in the other version), choose Import Backup. Quit and delete the old copy first if both are on the same Mac.

Does Cashbell see my data?

No. There's no Cashbell server or account: the app talks straight to your payment platforms from your Mac. See the privacy policy.
